Reporting Updates
This release includes the following updates to reporting functionality:
- Custom reports:
- Users will be able to select multiple fields when customizing reports.
- Use the CTRL key on the keyboard to select multiple fields to either add or remove from a pre-defined or customized template.
- Designated Field in Patent table report:
- Designated Field (DS) which is inherently part of the PI field in CA files will not be included by default in the table reports.
- Users can however include this content by customizing one of the pre-defined templates.
- This enables smoother sorting and filtering of patent records.

Document Options (Header, Footer, Cover page, Comments):

This release makes adding document options to an enhanced or standard report more straightforward

When comments are added, they’re added only to the Cover page

Title when added is added to both cover page and the header

Creator when added is added to both cover page and the header

Transcript name, Date of search, Databases information are retained in the cover page

Transcript Updates
This release updated the hit term highlighting in RTF and PDF exports.
