On the My Files > Scripts page, you may create and manage folders into which you can organize your script files:
- Creating a New Script File Folder
- Moving Script Files
- Renaming a Script File Folder
- Deleting Script File Folders
Note: Clicking the up/down arrow next to a folder name collapses/expands the folder contents.
Creating a New Script File Folder
You have the ability to create and name multiple folders in which to organize and store your script files.
- Click My Files, and then select Scripts.
- Click the Folder icon.
- Enter the name for your folder, and then click the check mark or press Enter.
Moving Script Files
Once you've created folders on the Scripts page, you have the ability to move one or more files into a folder:
Moving a Single File
- Click the ellipsis (...) icon, and then select Move.
- Under Select Folder, click the folder into which you want to move the script file, and then click the Move button.
Moving Multiple Files
- Click the check boxes for the files you wish to move, and then click the Move to Folder button.
- Under Select Folder, click the folder into which you want to move the files, and then click the Move button.
Renaming a Script File Folder
To rename a script folder:
- Click My Files, and then select Scripts.
- Click the pencil icon next to the folder name.
- Enter the new name, and then click the check mark or press Enter.
Deleting Script File Folders
To delete a script folder and its contents:
- Click the folder's ellipsis (...) icon, and then select Delete Folder.
- In the deletion confirmation pop-up window, click the Yes button.
To delete multiple transcript file folders and their contents:
- Click the check boxes next to the folder names, and then click the trash can icon at the top of the page.
- In the deletion confirmation window, click the Yes button.
