You may add up to 10 additional structures to the Chemscape visualization, which provides insight into the relationship between the added structures, the structure query, and the other structures in the visualization.
Find a structure to add by:
Name, Synonym, or Registry Number
- Enter the chemical name or identifier, and then click the Find button.
- Select the matching substance, and then click the Add button.
The substance structure bar now appears in the visualization, positioned according to its similarity to the structure query as well as the other structures on the graph.
Drawing the Structure
- Click the CASDraw button.
- Draw the structure, and then click the Find button.
- Select the desired substance, and then click the Apply button.
