On the My Files > Transcripts page, you may create and manage folders into which you can organize your transcript files:
- Creating a New Transcript File Folder
- Moving Transcript Files
- Renaming a Transcript File Folder
- Deleting Transcript File Folders
Creating a New Transcript File Folder
You have the ability to create and name multiple folders in which to organize and store your STNext-generated transcript files.
- Click My Files, and then select Transcripts.
- Click the Folder icon.
- Enter the name for your folder, and then click the check mark or press Enter.
Moving Transcript Files
Once you've created folders on the Transcripts page, you have the ability to move one or more files into a folder:
Moving a Single File
- Click the ellipsis (...) icon, and then select Move.
- Under Select Folder, click the folder into which you want to move the transcript file, and then click the Move button.
Moving Multiple Files
- Click the check boxes for the files you wish to move, and then click the Move to Folder button.
- Under Select Folder, click the folder into which you want to move the files, and then click the Move button.
Renaming a Transcript File Folder
To rename a transcript file folder:
- Click My Files, and then select Transcripts.
- Click the pencil icon next to the file folder you wish to rename.
- Enter the new name, and then click the check mark or press Enter.
Deleting Transcript File Folders
To delete a single transcript file folder and its contents:
- Click the file folder's trash can icon.
- In the deletion confirmation pop-up window, click the Yes button.
To delete multiple transcript file folders and their contents:
- Click the check boxes next to the folder names, and then click the trash can icon at the top of the page.
- In the deletion confirmation window, click the Yes button.
