To download stored session transcript files:
- Click Transcripts on the navigation bar.
- On the Transcripts page, you have the option to download one or more transcript files:
Download a Single File
Click the transcript file's Download icon, and then select the desired file type.
Download a Folder of Files
Click the folder's Download icon, and then select the desired file type.
The files to be downloaded display in the Download File window. Click the Ok button.
The folder's contents download as a single .zip file.
Download a Page of Files
Click the Select All check box, click the Download Selected Transcripts icon, and select the desired file type.
The folders and files to be downloaded display in the Download File window. Click the Ok button.
The transcripts download as a single .zip file.
